Screen Copy
If you need to copy an area of your desktop multiple times, then screen copy will save you some time.
Move the screen copy window and resize it so that it frames the area of the desktop you want to copy, and then press copy. The area of the screen is copied to the clipboard, ready to be pasted into your favorite app.
